Three months later when I try to rebook a flight, they charge me $150 more than what’s available on Virgin website and when I asked for refund because they are not fairly charging me, they said it was voluntary cancellation by me (what?!!) not Virgin so can’t guarantee for refund.

I've been using Student Universe since 2015. In many cases, they have the most competitive price and I've been generally satisfied with the service. Sometimes, I find better prices through other platforms but the majority of the time I purchase all my international trips through the Student Universe. Reply.

The thing is, I have never purchased any flight tickets from Student Universe (and We are so glad that you found StudentUniverse. The reason that are fares are so much cheaper than those you see elsewhere (like direct from airlines, or on other flight aggregator sites) is because we negotiate with more than 70 airlines worldwide on flight prices specifically for students. While some sites require students to have a student ID card to access the student flight prices, all you Never will i book again with studentuniverse even after they have had my refund from the airline flight which was cancelled due to covid, trying to get my money back off them has been a joke.
