Stormsunder is an epic adventure game, a throwback to choose your own adventure video games such as Knight's of the Old Republic and the like. It's from Lazy Squire Games, the same company who did Wild Assent, another game I've backed and am excited about. Here's why I'm backing Stormsunder. You can read below, or read on the blog 1.

Middara is a 1-4 player cooperative choose-your-own-adventure style miniatures board game. Players assume the role of a party of adventurers in an ultra-modern fantasy setting that exists alongside our very own Earth. During the game, players will experience an in depth, fully narrative-driven adventure that contains over 90 hours of content.

Throughout the narrative you and three of your Stormweavers is a fast-paced card game that is fun, easy to learn, and extremely strategic. A superstorm has come to the world of Joro, threatening everything in existence. Five heroes must enter the tempest, redirect its elements, and come out on top. Only one will survive. The game can be played with 2-5 players, and takes about 45 minutes to complete. Players must collect spell cards, craft Go to the game's page on BGG, then scroll all the way to the end.
